Tactico is operated by DGT Creations SRL, a company registered in Romania (CUI 50976864, Trade Register no. J2024046117001), with its registered office in Oradea, Romania (“Tactico”, “we”, “us”). Contact: contact@dgtcreations.com. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Tactico publishes football match previews, short analyses and predictions. One match per day (the “match of the day”) is free for everyone. The other matches are available to subscribers.

2. Accounts

You need an account to subscribe. Provide accurate details, keep your password secure, and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Subscription and price

The subscription costs USD 1 per month and unlocks all matches. It renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and is not pro-rated. Prices include VAT where applicable. We may change the price with prior notice; changes apply to the next renewal.

4. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract (Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance 34/2014). Because the subscription gives immediate digital access, when you subscribe you expressly request that access start immediately and you acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal once access begins. If access has not yet started, you may still withdraw by emailing us.

5. Nature of the content

Analyses and predictions are opinions for information and entertainment. They are not betting advice, financial advice, or a guarantee of any outcome. Betting carries risk; if you choose to bet, do so responsibly and only where it is legal for you. Tactico is not a gambling operator and does not accept bets.

6. Acceptable use

Do not copy, scrape, resell or redistribute our content, attempt to bypass the paywall, or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Intellectual property

All content on Tactico belongs to DGT Creations SRL or its licensors and is for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Availability and changes

We try to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies, and material changes will be announced.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on our content, including betting losses. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Romanian and EU law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. For consumer disputes you can use the National Authority for Consumer Protection’s alternative dispute resolution (SAL): anpc.ro/ce-este-sal. The competent Romanian courts also have jurisdiction.
